I like Matthysse and think he's an exciting fighter but Floyd toys with him. His relentless style won't do anything to Floyd because he's just not fast enough to keep up. Another easy UD for Floyd.

Mayweather easy. Matthysse is too slow. Fight shouldn't even be considered unless Matthysse wins the tourney.

I know one thing though, Matthysse at least has the potential to make Mayweather work for 12 rounds, even in losing a one-sided fight.

I voted Mayweather wins on points. I am a big Matthysse fan but I don't think any 140 pounder can be beat Mayweather today. He is just too good all the way around. His combination of speed, skill, power, defense and ring smarts, calmness under fire and ability to make ajustments are just too much for a smaller man.
