Is Broner the next Zab Judah???

I see a lot of similarities in and out of the ring.. Both have/ p4p potential, but as Zab fell bit into his success outside the ring and started socializing w the hip hop crowd he couldnt keep his head inbetween the ropes. Anyone see Broner headed the same way or is it just me???? I can see him n a couple years all over WSHH before getting "Judahd" by someone like Mattysse..hm

I can see it happening man dude does too much partying and needs to worry about his craft.
He says he wants to be rich like Mayweather but is he willing to put in that work like Floyd and live clean like his idol.

        I don't know.

Back when Zab was on the rise, some people were proclaiming him as an amalgam of Whitaker and Tyson.

To be honest, all the cute shit aside, I do feel Broner is going to put a beating on Paulie.

I think the true tests start coming at 140, or the top guys that move up from 140.

        Time will tell.

True test is when he eventually fights someone that he doesn't have a size advantage over and can ****. Broner gets hit cleanly a lot in his fights but the smaller guys haven't been able to really hurt him.

Nah, aside from Floyd, Adrien's the most talented and dangerous fighter in boxing. Zab was weak. Every current boxer up to 160 except Floyd would be easy work for Adrien. Who else do you think is gonna be p4p #1 when Big Bro retires??

You don't? Just watch his last fight, it was embarrassing how many punches little Rees landed clean.

If he stays in the 147lb division it is probable, the effectiveness of his physical attributes would be negated and he'd have to rely more heavily on his boxing IQ. I feel that that is pretty much what ****ed up Zab's career, imo he'd probably be a hall of famer if he spent his prime years in the Jr Welterweight division.

I don't think his defense is spectacular but at the same time I don't think his fight with Rees is a good indication on the quality of his defense. With short fighters their punches come out of your field of vision, it can be quite tricky to deal with.
