Pure and Simple......FRAUD don't want the Fight, gotta protect the 0, and the A$$!

Ladies and Gentleman, prepare for this

        September 14 Las Vegas
        Main event:

        Floyd Mayweather vs Devon Alexander
        Undercard:
        Canelo Alvarez vs Miguel Cotto

        May 3 Las Vegas
        Main event:

        Floyd Mayweather vs Canelo Alvarez
        Undercard:
Danny Garcia vs "Peterson or Matthysse"
        Adrien Broner vs "Amir Khan"

This way you kill 2 birds with one shot and you add somethin to the mix for the future.
        1) You stage a September date with Floyd, Canelo and Cotto, Canelo won't have to force GBP to really give him a Sep 14 date, and Floyd will fight too, PPV will be huge, so Arum will move his Marquez vs Bradley to another date, no competition for this event.
        2) You build a big big promotion for Floyd's next opponent big time, to hype the Floyd vs Canelo fight,
        3) You end up promotin and hypin the Mega-clash between Mayweather and Canelo, and you'll have two great fighters on the undercard (Garcia, Peterson or Matthysse), add Broner and Khan to that undercard and you have a PPV record breaker.

Like I said I think they will fight in May after Canelo beats Cotto and the fight will be bigger than what it is now and he look more like the person to give Floyd his first L by then.
He won't give FRAUD trouble, cause BOY will PUNK OUT again!!!

I dont understand why ppl cant just relax and let the fight be negotiated. its like ppl want it to fail more than they do succeed just so they criticize floyd or w/e. the fact that we have schafer saying negotiations are ongoing tells us that something is happening. whether it gets done or not, we will know soon

Possibly but Canelo ain't fighting Floyd at 147 for starters and Broner ain't fighting Khan. I think you got it pretty well pegged opponent-wise for September but if Floyd doesn't budge from the weight thing and agree to fight Caneo at a catchweight at least, then Canelo won't fight on Floyd's undercard.

He'll headline his own PPV the same night just to kill Floyd's numbers. If Canelo's PPV does 650K PPV's that's fine because it's his first PPV but if Floyd's PPV does 650K PPV, that's no bueno at all.
