The rematch fell because Floyd wanted a raise. A rematch wasnt going to break records like the first fight. So Floyd pulled out over money.

Oscar won that fight and it was easy! A sparring session imo ! In order to win against the champ you need to beat the champ , and it all honesty Floyd did not come close to beating Oscar! Floyd would never fight a boxer in his prime or natural weight! Oscar fought every mofo in their own weight with all the disavantages ! A real class act..... fought Mosley even knowning that fuccer was on PEDS , catchweight against Mayweather, catchweight against Pacquiao , Sturm and Hopkings were way bigger than him! And let me tell you , he met them at their weight class! Fought Trinidad at his prime and was denied that W even though we all know he won! But going against Don King then was a death wish lol ! Ric manny refused to fight floyd in 09 over ped testing. Canelo and floyd are negotiating. Floyd fought may 4th. Its may 16th. When was the last time the biggest name in boxing announced his mext fight 2 weeks after his last?

Floyd and odh didn't rematch because of money. If you blame floyd cool. Blame manny for not taking the 40 mil then. You can't allow unhappiness with money for one and not the other.

Well I never understood a pointless De La Hoya rematch in the first place. Everyone knew Floyd won that fight by a solid UD.
