No I think basically what he is saying is this:
" Did Pacquiao fight Margarito at 154...NOPE...he fought him at a catch weight of 150 because it benefitted Pacquiao more since he was the main attraction"

"Did Pacquiao fight ODLH at 154...NOPE..he fought him at a catch weight of 145 since it benefitted Pacquiao more"

"Did Pacquiao fight JMM 3&4 and Tim Bradley at their comfortable weights...NOPE...he made them both come to 147 no catch weight of like 142, why? Because it benefitted Pacquiao"

"Will he go down to Rios weight to fight him, or will he give a catch weight of like 144....NOPE and NOPE...he will make Rios come to 147, why? Because it benefits Pacquiao"

"So why is Floyd, the main attraction in all boxing, getting criticized if he wants to fight at 147 or 150 vs Canelo, he earned the right to demand the weight in any of his fights until he's dethroned"

OK? But how does that make it right? Because Cotto did it? And I am talking about Cotto at 154 by the way when he fought Mayweather, I seriously doubt he came to the ring 172 lbs on fight night for that fight

And Cotto had weight issues and finally moved up to 154 where he probably should have been YEARS AGO! Also Cotto had serious Stamina Issues and looking back it was probably because he was killing himself trying to make 147

Sure, we'll take Bob Arums word also while we are at it. Is Richard calling Floyd Sr, an amateur? Lol

Let say it was true, Richard would still say its all BS and try to work things out.

Anyways I think there is truth to all of the stories that are coming out. It's in the early stages of negotiations and stuff shouldn't be leaking to the press. If team Canelo kept their mouth shut and stayed professional none of this BS would be going on.
there is probably a gag order now.

People need to realize the only reason Floyd ever fought at 154 in the 1st place is cuz he was desperate and hungry for a payday vs Oscar.. (Cotto not a real MW)If Canelo was a WW like Floyd they wouldn't even bring his name up as a serious opponent for Floyd...
This was the first fight Canelo came in weighing over 170. For his previous fights he was around 165-169. He only came in heavier because he knows Trout is a bigger fighter and Trout also came in above 170.

In case this fight is ever going to happen it will be on Floyd's terms -- rehydrating, a.s.o.

                      Lets wait and see.
