Why Floyd picked Cotto to fight @154? easy, true and logical explanation, because Cotto was never a legit Jr. Middleweight contender, but he choosed to do it.

Because he's a 154 pounder genius, Divisions aren't made on what a guy allegedly puts on after a weigh in. What happened to crack head SR saying size don't win fights skill do? Sr is most likely the guy who made up the steroid allegations to protect his son from Pac to. I'm really hoping that this is just some negotiation ploy by Floyd, but if he truly is serious about this then this guy really is the biggest fraud in boxing and I have had enough of him. I am going to give him the benefit of doubt that he is just using this as a tactic to negotiate the fight.
