He started a rumour and opinion.

In this case, it won't be a rumour.

Sr and Roger and people in Mayweather's camp have said things before and Floyd has come out and said it's not true so at this point it's not 100%.

But still, it is very likely obviously.

I did read it, no where in the article is "Sr." asked a question. In fact, Sr is not even interviewed, these claims are from Alvarez's people. Not to mention Sr is NOT the negotiator.

            common sence

Look its common sence look at Cotto frame and look at Canelo body frame. Cotto frame couldn't hold much more than 160 or so comfortable where Canelo has the frame to hold 170 Mayweather isn't looking for Canelo, Canelo is looking for a big payday against Maywesther people forget boxing is a business so its up 7lbs or down 7lbs fliyds got his payday in cement what does that tell you and use common sence

I might be wrong but if they really wanted to make this fight wouldnt they agree on a catchweight of say 150

I will ask this though if Canelo doesn't fight Floyd in September and chooses to fight Cotto, will that really be any better since most people think Cotto is damaged goods at this point?? Not saying Cotto is or isn't just asking y'alls opinion.

Sr is probably right that Floyd is really a 140 pounder. The problem is he set a precedent when he fought Cotto at 154.

But i definitely wouldn't mind seeing Floyd go down to 140 and fighting some of those guys there. That is if he really is a 140 pounder

Don't expect Floyd to come out and say "Yes, I am a hyporcite, I am asking Canelo to do the same thing me and my fans ATTACKED Manny for doing". But the Floyd Nutsack enthusiasts wanted confirmation from the Mayweather camp and here it is!
