The only reason Pacquiao has agreed to the testing is because his camp believes JMM MIGHT have been on something and the same guy they believe helped JMM is now working with Rios who he fights next. It wasn't until he got KO'd that he all of sudden agreed and actually did it and not just got on TV and said it.
