Fastest Fighters Ever?

Not top 5, but I'd put him in my top 10. Although I haven't really sat down, and researched this topic extensively. I'm sure I'm forgetting a ton of super fast fighters.

Pacquiao, Gamoba, Patterson deserve a shout as well.

speed is relative to size, and along those lines i think patterson and ali are two of the fastest fighters ever. i wouldn't put mosley on the list. otherwise you have good nods.

willie pep had terrific foot work and upper body movement. fast hands too.

Mosley at Lightweight certainly was.

This too. Pacquiao's not the fastest but he's up there.

As for my list, I'd say it's close to yours. Leonard, Camacho, RJJ.

Soon, Rigondeaux will be in this class. Donaire's lightning quick and Rigo made him look slow as hell. Rigo's left cross specifically is one of the fastest punches I've ever seen.

Keep Msley out of the top 5 if you like but there wasn't much difference between Mosley and Taylor.

Very big difference. Taylor's more comparable to Leonard. Mosley wasn't necessarily incapable of throwing the lightning-fast combos that Taylor did but that wasn't his style so we can't say he's in the same class. He never fought that way.
