Amir Khan was doing his chicken strut effectively in that fight, didn't have a pair of legs to stand on after Danny boy rocked your boys chin so hard.

    Lol!! Amir Khan

      Gets better every fight.

At first glance Garcia looks rather unassuming. But he's a great fighter.

His resume ****s all over those two clowns any day, so for his age he has some good wins. I mean FFS, people come on here and say he struggled and broner/canelo or any other hype job don't, and it's not because Danny is worse but because he faces LEGIT competition not Haymons personal driver(s.)
Thats what I say. Others out there are giving the easy road and has fought his way into contention. All the 140 pounders right now are even in skill level one way to another. He has a record that shows progress

Peterson isn't getting by Mattyse since when is Peterson so great? He lost to Bradley and he certainly got handed the win from the ref against Khan. Also, if you can't even hurt Khan I don't think he has that much power. So what if he "smothers" Garcia the whole point is Danny catches you when you come in. He's not a pressure fighter he is a counter puncher somewhat like Donaire, in that he comes forward but waits for his opponent to lead before opening up.

As for the Judah fight, since when is Judah so easy? By that I mean when he actually puts his mind/body/soul into training. I was shocked that Judah didn't cave in after 6 rounds, but me questioning his heard doesn't question his skills and Judah has a lot. He's still fast as **** and is a good boxer, period. Danny took some hellacious shots in that fight and a BRUTAL headbutt sure he lost the 3 rounds but he hasn't had to the distance in a long time (If ever 12 rounds.) It was a great learning experience for him, and I can't wait to see Lucas/Danny FOTY all over it and I don't know who to root for fan of both guys.

Also the last thing Danny needed was ANOTHER one shot KO. Not that those are ever bad, but any fighter falling in love with their power is never a good thing.

Khan and Morales 1 were upsets, Judah was a solid win, Nate and Holt are the exact fights a guy like Garcia should be fightinf when he did. Solid resume at this point.

I think what's most impressive is how he can land counters after getting hit, devastating ones as well. I know the last 3 rounds Judah made a surprising comeback, but Garcia handled himself well, with a cut to boot.

It was a good idea to move him slowly, luckily for him Khan had his vulnerabilities as well, I think he'll do well but I hate his chances against Peterson stylistically, Peterson won't find it difficult to get inside and smother him.
Isn't that what he's supposed to do though? I mean, Judah is supposed to be shot. I don't think he's shot but he's obviously well passed it.

You expect Judah to be the one or two trick pony when he fights but it was Garcia in that fight IMO. When Judah adjusts to you and starts beating you in a chess match then I think that's a problem. Especially when you're supposed to be a boxer.

That said, I expected and predicted a close competitive fight. That's more to do with the fact I don't rate Garcia as opposed to rating Zab. I don't rate Zab Judah highly at all.

Garcia has some good qualities but he is just so limited.

                  Morales 1 wasn't an upset.

                  Not with the bookies, atleast.

I thought EM was a slight favorite. My bad. I know Garcia was a big favorite in the rematch.

for a 25 year old fighter it is solid. he's a lineal champion at 140 lbs. i think he's the division's second best fighter, behind matthysse. let's see what he does with it. i think they're going to try and put him in there with floyd mayweather if he can get one more big win. maybe even before then.

floyd would box his flipping doors off. easy fight. garcia would be lost at sea.
