Since when does KOs automatically count for "better career wins"?

Was this thread about KOs only? No. Was it about better career wins? Yes. I judge fights own their on merits. Mayweather came from a 21 month layoff, dominated and humiliated Marquez. Who was regarded as the smartest fighter in boxing next to Mayweather.

With your logic you might as well bring Bailey to the table.

      /end thread, again.

A welterweight dominated a career fw with 2 LW fights. If you're impressed by that, surely you must agree that Canelos stoppage of Lopez in five rounds is even better.

so is spinks beating ali better/more impressive than JMM KTFO of manny? ali>>>>>>>manny. the question was about the performance, not if manny was better than anyone floyd fought.

This thread is nothing but HATE.

To all people with common sense: Floyd beat Marquez at 147. Yet haters say Marquez was a Blown up Lightweight.

Marquez beats Pacquiao at 147, the haters change their tune and praise Marquez who is NO LONGER a blown up lightweight.

Haters will say any irrational and emotional thing to discredit Mayweather.

But to stay on topic, Mayweathers win over WELTERWEIGHT Marquez was more impressive than Marquez's win over WELTERWEIGHT Pacquiao.

            Why?

Because Mayweather DOMINATED the man that KO'd Pacquiao.

            PERIOD!!

So how did that career FW defeat Pacquiao??? How did a blown up, old career FW KO welter Pacman???? Explain that genius.

Are you some kind of moron? You got to be

No one ever said jmm is a welter weight he is still a blown up light weight and if anybody says other wise they are on crack like you.

The difference between the ko win against PAC and the domination of jmm by may is that jmm took PAC invincibility factor away and was something unexpected while may put a masterful performance it is forgettable because of the whole weight issue. Can you honestly say any win on may weather resume says he shocked the world like the ko of PAC?

Bowe beating a prime Holyfield twice was better than any win on Wlad or Holmes resume....but is he better than those two??? No.
Yeah but Marquez' run in his 5th weight class >> Floyd's in his 5th. I mean, only one of them is TOO SMALL for his 5th weight class
