It'd be easier than the Oscar fight IMO and for more money. I just don't get it. Unless Floyd feels REALLY that much older since then.

Floydiots never get embarrassed asking these ****** questions.
It's like saying my favorite male singer would do well singing with
      Celine Dione or something.
BUT I don't have to see it in real life. I'd enjoy seeing it in my dreams.

Man, where do you get all these fanatical clowns? It's getting annoying.

terrible analogy, and how is it a ****** question, tell me whats so different about this fight compared to ghost ortiz and cotto that makes you go "man i really wanna see this fight". Nothing except canelos huge fan base. Notice so far the usual canelo fans have avoided this thread

I guarantee his fight with Canelo does 1.4+mil PPV buys. No one else comes close to those numbers. Floyd is guaranteed 30mil but the PPV buys is the cherry on top.

Not really, which is why I don't get why people are pushing so hard for this fight. On the other hand I don't really see anyone at 140-154 doing better against him than Canelo either, which is why I understand this fight needing to happen.

Yes, I think Canelo can beat Floyd if the fight is at the Jr. middleweight limit. I think Canelo is much better than Ortiz or Guerrero. He has more pro experience. He is smarter, and faster. He has better combination punches to the head and body. He punches much harder with greater accuracy. He is very determined and fearless. He come into each fight with a good battle plan for that fighter. Lopez fought Canelo and Ortiz just months apart and He said Canelo was better in every way. He said Canelo was faster and hit harder and had a better defense than Ortiz. I think Canelo can take Floyd's punches but Floyd cannot take Canelo's best punches and sooner or later he will land them.

Love watching Canelo fight but no, I don't think he can beat a fighter of floyds caliber, especially if he has stamina issues. Forget what fans say, boxing experts and fighters know Canelo won't win unless he catches Floyd with a lucky punch, which seems doubtful. Someone mentioned Canelo being "elite" Please explain to me how he's elite cause I must've missed something.

I think he can give Floyd a stiff test, I don't really think he can win right now given how Floyd looked and Canelo has never had the sorts of issues he will face in that fight but the longer they wait the larger Canelo's chances become.

I mean it's not like these are kids who managed to sneak
in their parents' pc, but these are 50 year old men.

If you think your hero would beat this guy or that guy,
normal reaction would be to say, I'd love to see it.
Floyd should take this fight. I'll enjoy watching it. Not:
the guy is too big. He's still green. He should come down
to Floyd's comfortable weight, blah, blah, blah...

All the while you were saying he'll beat this guy. WTF!

I personally don't think Canelo can beat Floyd. But he'd make it a close fight in the early rounds doe...
