Jones (193 pounds) got the job done against Ruiz (226 pounds) to take the Heavyweight Title. Jones popped Ruiz all night with lightning fast jabs & hooks. His overhand right sealed the deal. Jones's technique was hit without being hit. His style worked against Ruiz and Floyd's style would be more than enough to give Canelo his first loss. Canelo's team needs to focus on Cotto which will also be a tough task for him. But honestly, if Canelo fights Mayweather or Cotto, I think both of them will hand him a L.

Were they impressed with Guerrero? If they werent but still fought Guerrero says much about FLoyds cherry picking ways.

But they dont make a habit of fighting people they are impressed with having said that.
It seems no one impresses them, and almost that is enough reason to not actually have to fight anyone. Thats the feeling you get with them and their high and mighty ways.

My Point Exactly! That is why Mayweather should take the fight and just put on a CLINIC just to stick it to the fans and people in the media who are "DOUBTING HIM" against Canelo for what ever reason

Canelo was out-boxed by Trout but the corrupt judes in Texas Covered His A$$ and he knew all he had to do is get it to the Cards...That's Not Happening Against Mayweather In VEGAS!

Those straight rights were killing Trout. It was a competitive fight but I had Canelo winning handily.

And to people saying he isn't ready...come on, the guy has over 40 fights...how many does he need 60?
                  That is an excellent point.

What else would you expect Floyd Sr. to say.

Now I am just waiting until after the fight and Floyd wins so this can come up as proof of some kind that they knew they would beat Canelo thus deserves no praise.

Canelo is too flat footed, not enough speed and not enough ring acumen to beat Floyd. I am glad this is a fight that will enhance Floyd's legacy some more........because it will be an easy night for him.
