the difference is bob arum dont make em public everytime like mayweather does. arum just says a # but dont open numbers up to be checked by the public like mayweather does. hence shaeffer saying how about arum making pac mans numbers public so we can see whos more accurate and who sells more then saying we open our numbers up for all to check thats why it takes them longer cause they dont just say a number that sounds good
