it's a domestic violence charge.... they've got some sort of established relationship, right? he thought somebody he knew that well was stealing from him?

this doesn't make a ton of sense to me. we'll eventually get the entire story, i'll venture.

i got a feeling they gave her shut up money. sounds like he laid a licking on her but she excepts his apology? he is a married olympian the americans are trying to hype in the HW division. they will do whatever they can to keep deontay wilder having that "all american" good ol'boy image...unfortunely it won't work. this is the first step in wilder's fall...could a loss to chisora be next?

the usual bull**** will happen, he will make a pathetic public apology to her, his family & the fans. can't forget he will tell everyone he's found god, the usual yadda yadda yadda but on the other hand he looks like he has already started hanging with the jailbird boxing crowd so it's only a matter of time...he is one punch away from total career disaster at the same time he is on the cusp of making some real money & he starts hanging with PBF crowd in vegas? whatever floats his boat but PBF is a multimillionaire HOFer & can retire anytime he chooses...wilder has a win over audley harrison. if GBP bails wilder out of any legal issues & he gets knocked out in the ring, he will get dumped so fast he won't know what happened. he really put himself in a bad position going to vegas...

Wilder had to go an apologize just when I figured that Oscar was going to set up a fight between him and his fellow felon Ike Ibeabuchi.

So he thought the hooker he just got done with was stealing from him, started choking her, and her pimp who was outside the room called the police. Just an honest misunderstanding. Apologies exchanged and accepted. Handshakes all around. Now if the DA would just drop those pesty felony charges.
