What advantages does paulie have over broner?

      Good point. One problem I see is that if Bronner gives away a couple of rounds, is a little careless (literally acting like he could not care less) for another round or so...Paulie has a good round or two, well now Bronner is in a deep hole.

      Given the observations you cite, which are accurate, Bronner does not want to have to chase a guy around the ring...a guy who moves as well as Paulie does. Bronner does not control his pace so well. He could even walk into a big punch because he started slow. I see this scenerio as a real possability unless Bronner comes out from the start and cuts the ring off often.
