Where is your proof that Floyd will not change his demand on 09/10 if Pac agreed to it immediately? Because Floyd history showed he can flip flop anything he said without hesitation and doesn't care of what people think about him. He can say to his fans (video recorded) "Pacquaio is next" then denied it (video recorded) "I never said Pacquaio is next ".
