I'm sorry but this is inaccurate information Mr. RichardT, when these demands were first brought to the negotiation table, Manny and camp balked at such request. It took him several months to agree to anything.

You missed the point. Pac initially declined random testing, then agreed to 14 day then 7 day and then 1.5 years later agreed to random testing. Pac agreed to full random testing as early as January 2012.

Pac is not allowed to accept less money. That is something only his promoter can in negotiation. Floyd agreed to 50-50 and then pulled the offer. Pac agreed to take less and then Arum pulled that offer from Pac.
