Mayweather vs Pac didn't happen because of the testing. It didn't happen because May tried to dictate to Pac, and **** on his name with accusations, then when Pac said okay he's fine with the testing, May came up with another reason ($$$) to avoid the fight. Think about it, if both guys are on the same level, why would Pac take $40 mil so that Floyd can make EVERYTHING ELSE ($300 mil)? Pac vs. Mayweather means nothing now that Pac got ko'd so bad...only Mayweather fans want to see that fight because now May has a better shot to win. That's what May does--he waited 3 years for Cotto to get beat up and old, 4-5 years for Mosley to get old, etc. He's a straight bottom-feeder.
