Wasn`t Pac fans saying USADA is the devil?Watch them switch up on us now.And if Pacquiao would have agreed to random testing in the first negotiations the Floyd/Pac fight would have happened cause Floyd agreed to 50/50 and agreed to Pacquiao`s demand of paying 10 mill for every pound he comes over the 147 pound limit if he comes over the 147 pound limit.

So its obvious that Pacquiao ducked the fight in the first negotiations.Pacquaio did not want to fight with out his roids at the time.

I am so surprised somebody remembered this! Not only did Floyd agree to 50/50 and the ****** Million per pound weight limit issue, he LITERALLY BEGGED Pacquiao to take the fight, even offering to push the limit of testing back either 7 or 14 days on ESPN! Team Manny had every excuse in the book. Now that he was on the wrong end of KO6 he wants to clean up boxing and has nothing to hide. this was a straight up b**** move, unless they admit their mistakes and transgressions in the past and give Mayweather his just due for pioneering this sh**.
