I don't think Canelo will get less money than Cotto, he is the principal attraction and the champion...

Principal attraction or not, he's not the bigger draw. Don't get me wrong, the time is quickly coming when canelo will be the bigger draw (this fight might do it), but as it stands, cotto still draws more than him. Doesn't mean he shouldn't get a pretty penny for his drawing power, but just saying; he can fight cotto on a huge ppv, or he can fight somebody else (not mayweather) and simply be a regular televised programming attraction.

And for the record, I see cotto giving canelo more problems than trout did. People acting like cotto can't take a punch, or like he will be knocked out. His boxing skills will keep him in the fight, and canelo is not rangy and slick like trout is.
