With the word being Mayweather-Guerrero flopped on PPV, I doubt they'd let that fight happen. They needed 1.1 mil (or was it 1.3 mil?) to break even and they're saying it did much lower than that, even lower than 1mil flat.

They'll [Showtime] listen to Haymon at least one more time before they start getting the feeling they have been shafted. Canelo will be as far down the list as possible with respect to being a Mayweather opponent.

he is too biased for me, he should have no voice in any matchmaking, predictions, (public)opinions, etc.. wtf ? Canelo has stamina issues, no getting around it, I like his boxing ability and combination punching, but a supremely conditioned fighter with pop can carry him fast and drown him late - mayweather can do that (his legs are not gone at all, maybe a step slower, but not gone by any stretch) - After about the 6th, he starts to fight in pockets, mayweather will carry him(force the pace) - I do not think Canelo's stamina issues are from his conditioning .

The President of the World Boxing Council, Jose Sulaiman, has advised WBC/WBA 154-pound champion Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez (42-0-1, 30KOs) to wait at least another year before challenging Floyd Mayweather Jr. (44-0, 26KOs).
