Sergio. And I'm talking about Chavez Jr Sergio .... We'll see how he looks fullyrecouped. Pac is a ridiculous matchup why do people think he can step to Floyd? Even if he DID catch Floyd once Pac just doesnt hit hard enough at WW to KO him... Unless someone wants to enlighten me of Floyd having a bad chin...

Martinez its mostly due to size and his jab and relative whole package. If Martinez was Floyds size I wouldnt even consider him

Martinez still has a shot. Don't let the Murray fight fool you, Murray is huge compared to Mayweather

floyd will be a favorite vs anyone at 154 or lower, probably 160 too. Thats why i dont get why people want canelo so bad, hes a B level fighter as of now who has nothing more than his huge weight advantage to give anyone a reason for him to beat floyd. hes still the most skilled boxer right now

He is big but a pretty ordinary fighter, Floyd is a great fighter and will take canelo to school, period, don't buts about it...

I'm sure a few Jmw would give floyd trouble, not sure who beats him,
Would also give Pacquiao a good chance depending on how he does against bambam.
Maybe Some 140 guys if they make improvements during this mini tournement.

            also, Adrien Broner by KO
Oh, Hell no! Broner ain't stopping Paulie but I do agree that he'd win as much as I would really love for him to lose. I like Paulie, a lot. Back to the thread, Murray isn't elite by my recollection and he was able to floor Martinez twice. Floyd would be sharp shooting all night long and you know Sergio would be the agresser. I also disagreew about Sergios legs being better. He's been floored in his past two fights and almost stopped. His legs are jelly.

Floyd throws quick right hand counters. Not the type that he plants his feet, and puts your lights out.
I didn't say he will KO Pac, I just say that Pacquio will not be able to hurt him

Just big guys. Floyd can't go to 154 and look the same. Two of his closer fights were at that weight and neither guy he fought was remotely prime. Floyd can lose to quality fights who are naturally bigger and will balloon up even more by fight night. Canelo would be massive compared to Floyd on fightnight as would someone like Sergio. Floyd needs to avoid 154.

None of the fighters you guys are calling for him to fight, they all are coming in depending strictly on a "PUNCHERS CHANCE", people just calling for him to fight a bunch of bigger flat footed dude with Power and that alone is not going to defeat Mayweather...never do the Casual fans call for him to fight OTHER SKILLED FIGHTERS

None of these fighters work as hard as he does and they are certainly not as smart as he is in the ring and none of them can Out-Box him...this is why they try to bait him into go "toe to toe" and they say he runs and call him "BORING" because they know when he fights smart like that...NOBODY CAN BEAT HIM!

Mayweather with his father back as his Trainer and him being more Defensive Again...it is going to be hard to beat him not even "BIGGER GUYS" which shows you how pathetic today's average boxing fan is, they want to now use "SIZE" to defeat Mayweather thinking that will finally defeat him this is how desperate people who hate him are getting

I truly think that Amir Khan is the only guy with the right tools to beat Floyd. Khan has the foot speed and hand speed to give him problems. The question isn't his offense, its his defense and chin. Floyd would be tagging him all night but I don't know if he has the power at 147 to hurt him. Speed is an aging fighter's nightmare and Floyd has not fought anyone of late with that type of speed. Khan would force Floyd to open up more and take risks because I see him taking an early lead on the score cards against him. I've never really seen Floyd have to stalk an opponent down and look for the KO. Khan is definitely not a better fighter than Floyd, but this might be the right time for him to fight Floyd. Floyd could not win a decision by just pot shotting Khan because Khan throws punches in bunches. This fight would be comparable to Terry Norris vs Ray Leonard. Terry at that stage simply had too much fire power for an older and slower Leonard. I don't know if Khan could actually pull it off, but he definitely has the best chance out of anyone else, bad chin or not.
