I think Pacquiao will win by UD. Rios is too slow, and only knows how to brawl. This match up reminds me a bit of Mayweather/Guerrero in the sense that the speed differences are substantial. Should still be an exciting fight.

This is gonna look like pac vs tony

Pac will stay on the outside, then jump in throwing combos then jump out before slow ass rios can land anything.. Then rios has to reset everytime. Wash rinse and repeat until the fight is stopped.

Only thing is will Pac get leg cramps or has he lost his legs, because he will definitely need them this fight.l. Rios needs to go to the body early and often.. Keep that guard up as pac rarely throws body punches
