Hard to know where Kessler is as a fighter considering the complete bums he has been fighting.
In fights like these I usually go with the guy who has been fighting and consistently beating the much higher level of competition.

If this rematch is fought at the same pace and distance as the first fight then Kessler won't be able to hang with Froch. I'm saying this as a Dane. I don't think Kessler can stand toe to toe and **** with Froch this time around. The first fight was close but I actually think Kessler was more hurt than Froch.
I have a feeling that Froch won't respect Kessler as much as he did the first time they fought. I think Froch knows that he's the tougher fighter. He's going big. Kessler will bring his best though and it shall be a great fight. A potential fight of the year candidate in the making. We shall see.Last edited by Main Source; 05-08-2013, 12:58 PM.

Would like to see how Kesler handled Groves in sparring. Surprised that an unbeaten world champ in Nathan is being paid as a sparring partner at this stage in his career but its tells its own story. Nathans time will come
There are alot of people who seem to think Kessler will not be able to go to war again this time and it took mor eout of him than Froch but the flipside to that is Kessler has since had a few nice K.o's and should be refreshed as its been a while since he was taken to the trenches. Carl has had a few long, tough fights and hes the older man so I wouldnt put too much emphasis on either guy having an advantage as far as being able to slug it out again.
Both will bring it. Carl might be able to absorb a bigger punch but Kessler is more capable of dishing one out. Its not often you see the cobra score 1 punch KO's like Kessler has. He tends to wear them down and rough them up 1st. It will be a good fight. Points win for either guy aslong as cuts dont play a factor.

Froch might be favoured, but that should be because of homefield. On the other hand he was crying about the bodyshots last time out and that is a part in which Kessler jas improved. On the other hand kessler's defense seems to have deteriorated.
Anyway it's a great matchup. I can hardly believe Kessler chose to give Froch a return and even in the Cobras homecountry! I'm sure Carl hardly can believe his luck.
