Mares wants to fight Rigo!

Mares is one of boxing's under-appreciated boxers in the world. He's done more than some of the guys on the P4P and yet he's not on there.

I do not favour Mares' chances, but he has the tools and tenacity to pull off an upset.

If nothing else he would do better than Donaire. Who was shut down quickly and rather easily, even for Rigo.

Mares is multi-faceted and he'd at least give it a few shots. Even if that lead to him being stopped. But who knows? Maybe he'd slip something big in and beat Rigo.

Again, I'm a fan of Mares and would favour Rigo but I'd like to see this fight at 122. Just in case.
