Fighters getting back to their best after being knocked out cold?

When I say cold, I mean incapacitated and unable to get to their feet for some time like Pacquiao, Hatton, Williams.

I guess John Ruiz improved after he was knocked out by Tua. Hatton and Williams deteriorated.. I wonder how that KO will effect Pacquiao, usually getting put to sleep takes something significant out of you but then this is Pacquiao and he aint no ordinary man.

Not a lot of big name fighters have suffered that sort of knockout so it's hard to tell. You'd imagine it will take something out of him, but on the plus side he probably can't remember it so maybe the trauma won't be so bad.

we will surely see it in the rios fight. but if he came up smoking again like in the past, then he's no ordinary man!

Matthew Macklin was brutally knocked out after a war with Jamie Moore and has since come back to have the best period of his career. Not many others that i can think of though!

Lewis wasn't KTFO though. he was KOed but he wasn't out cold like a lump of meat.

truth is, you don't come back from KTFOs... Pac is in trouble with Rios, especially given Pac's nature... he likes to brawl and go toe to toe. he wants to prove he's not done and instead of fighting defensively, he'll **** with Rios and he'll get KOed again. it's the same exact thing with RJJ

^ I don't know if it can be compared to RJJ though because RJJ never had a proven chin like Pac.. he hardly ever got hit before the first time he was KOd while Pac has been hit plenty of times before by bombs and very very rarely seemed even mildly fazed by it until his last fight..

It's the new found, super-human power, of Marquez.
