      Cotto vs trainers

Cotto needs a hard head trainer just as his uncle was.

He also needs to go back to that devastating hook to the body which was his signature punch and the only reason he got this far.

If his brother rocked Canelo he sure can KO Canelo out BUT he needs to train for the later rounds. Canelo ran out of gas himself against Trout so this will be a clash of who is the better trained when the champonship rounds comes.

      Cotto can still do it!!

Canelo lost to Trout 7 rounds to 5.

I wouldn't mind seeing that match at all. I think it would be a good fight, one Miguel definitely has a chance to win, but Canelo has turned out to be better than many thought, and Cotto isn't prime. It could turn out to be Miguel's last fight. And with the money he'll stand to earn, there's no reason why he shouldn't retire.

          No way he wins!

"If his brother rocked Canelo he sure can KO Canelo out."

I disagree with this but agree with everything else you said here. When Canelo fought Cotto's brother, he was still a bit green. If they fought today, he would never get hit with that punch and he would stop him within 4 rounds. As far as Cotto is concerned, he is more skilled BUT it doesn't matter. There is no way he wins against Canelo. Would I like to see Cotto have one more great challenge, yes! I want to see this fight as well, but Cotto is too small. Canelo is very experienced for 23 and has the goods to be a future hall of famer. He is very smart in the ring, he selects his punches well, he's accurate enough to hit anyone, his defense has leaped to another level, and he punches very hard for 12 rounds. Cotto would get stopped. I believe that it's possible he stops Floyd as well. Remember this, size negates skill in most cases so the things that work against a smaller fighter, won't work against a bigger fighter. That is why Cotto lost to Trout. He fought like a warrior but Trout was just too big. Was he more skilled than Cotto? No! But he was big enough to negate Cotto's skill-set.

I guess this rules out any possibility of a PAC vs Cotto rematch.

A weak chin is a weak chin.......no matter how big you get your chin remains the same. Canelo has never been hit like that ever again since Cotto's brother fight, trust me if a good puncher manages to land one on his chin he will be ko'ed!!! Canelo has managed to build a very good defense since that fight but the question remains about his chin...can he take a punch???

No one has landed a solid punch on him yet since Cotto's fight.

                  Chin is ready.

He knows what it takes to be great and that's a start. He knows that you have to give and take. He's been hit good since the Cotto fight and he's ready. The only question I see that needs to be addressed, is his stamina. It has to keep improving and I am sure it will. He has one of the best teams in boxing. They are very knowledgeable vets who won't let him go into a pay-per-view fight unprepared. Get ready everybody because the kid is the REAL DEAL.

I sure hope so since Freddy will not do anything for Miguel. Diaz will do it for him and Cotto needs to apply himself 150% and train like it was his first pro-fight.

Clean diet, no distractions and work, work, work!!!!!!!

                      Either way Ill support him!

                      War Cotto!!!
