More like the 'got beat by Sergio sweepstakes,' with an interim title as a consolatory prize.

Murray won that fight and got shamelessly robbed by Sergio's judges

Chavez lost but ruined Maravilla in the process, Jr. beat the prime outta him and now the old man is a shadow of his former self, Murray just capitalized on that

Maravilla gets sparked out by both guys in a rematch

He just got his ass handed to him by someone who was a handpicked no hoper on paper, there's no bigger embarrasment in boxing

        It's over. Sergio is done.

Good fight while it lasts but I reckon Chavez Jr crushes Murray around the 9th or championship rounds.

Big opportunity for Murray, can't imagine him not taking it. And I really hope he wins too.

What is this site coming to? I seeing all these posts about fights that people lost counting as wins for some reason. Look, just because we choose to say something over and over again doesn't make it true, both guys lost and got an L on their records as a result.

I hope he is for your sake because if he comes back in January and retires Rubio, you'll have to go create another account. Only thing Chavez ruined was his weed high by eating too many cheerios.

first, i watched the end of the martinez fight and thought murray won. then i watched it again. Murray didn't do anything but cover up for the first half of the fight. if he would have let his hands go, earlier in the fight, he would have won. good decision.
