We will have to see how he performs with a game fighter like Peterson. After that fight I'm sure most could make a determination on that fight

I think its 60/40 in Danny's favor...he gains confidence after every fight. Has good-to-great power and has the fundamentals down. He's a little slow and wide but I just don't think Lucas is good enough overall to shut Danny down.

We'll see if my opinion changes after the 18th

theres a reason why garcia fought morales twice and zab. the khan fight was hitting the lottery but Al didnt want to bring garcia near matthysse because danny would get destroyed. danny is a b level fighter being promoted as an A. now that he signed with haymon he finally might get fair score cards and a chance to end the myth that is danny garcia

IMO, Ajose was and probably is the tougher fight, and you saw what happened there.

I think Ajose could beat Danny right now, if he's not shot.

If you think about it, Danny has a ton more to prove than Lucas. Any sane boxing fan could tell you that Lucas is already proven.

I don't see **** spectacular from Matth or Garcia for people to say either one demolishes the other everybody just seems to be on this Lucas boat that is fixing to get sunk by Peterson.

its 50/50 pick em type fight. Would love to see him try. IMO one of the best possible match ups in boxing right now. Both guys are great for the sport.

what? how does danny have more to prove with wins over holt, judah (whom danny beat the brakes off of and who lucas struggled with), morales (who just a year before took maidana's best and kept coming) and amir khan (who we like to make fun of, but lets be real, he is a good fighter)

where's the rationale in saying what you said faced with the above facts? in any case, of peterson doesn't ruin it, which he has a MORE than average chacne of doing, they'll get it on. be real though, their resumes are on par with danny's being more solid.

yes beating holt and nate campbell makes you the greatest ever. danny beat a 35 yr old judah and in the end it was zab who was beating the breaks off garcia. morales had a good fight with maidana because maidana is one dimensional. morales in his prime and at 126 beats danny garcia today imo. khan was beating the bejesus out of garcia until he landed that big left with his head down and eyes closed. danny garcia like adrien broner is a al haymon creation and will get run over by either peterson or matthysse but matthysse puts him to sleep
