Alvarado is also sitting out for the rest of the year with a messed up hand.

Damn Pacquiao you cherry picking ***** fighting the guy who lost a decision to the guy he stopped right before that fight...

People keep crying that Pac is fighting Rios coming off a loss. Are they forgetting that Pac is coming off of 2 losses himself?

That guy with "the messed up hand" is fighting on the same card, lol.

Nice try though! Pacquiao nut huggers "keep doin what you doin", as Roger would say, keep proving the stereotype true.

Rios and Alvarado are 1/1. Rios stopped him in their first fight while Alvarado outboxed Rios in the second fight. Neither has proved that they are better than the other.

So if neither proved they are better than they other (only according to YOU by the way), then why not pick the guy who ISN'T COMING OFF A LOSS, WHO HAS NEVER FOUGHT AT 147? are you seriously this ******? just stop dude.

As far as talent; Rios and Alvarado are pretty much the same fighter. Plain and simple Rios is the bigger name, period. It's not like mile high KO'd Rios in 1 round and is now being overlooked. If Rios-Alvardo fight again its still 50/50. I do think Alvarado deserves the opportunity to make serious money but I'm ok with Rios-Manny. Besides, Alvarado is adamant about making his first defense in Denver.
