That's a huge insult to Pee-Wee who was just as smart in the ring as Mayweather, shoulder roll wouldn't have been as effective on a guy as sweet pea because he wouldn't be new to it. Now I will say Paul Williams posed a real threat to Floyd, out of all the names mentioned because of his lankiness and being an inside fighter so he posed just as much of a puzzle as would've posed back to him. You can't just lean out of his reach by leaning backwards and you can't move into his center you play right into his strengths. I don't know how the fight would've ended but it would've been quite an interesting showdown.

ANd as far as SweetPEa is concerned, he would have been able to match wits with Mayweather but at the end of the day Mayweather is simply better.

I'm just going to disagree with you about Paul Williams entirely..Mayweather's retirement cements my standing in that argument. Paul was named mandatory and Floyd took a two year hiatus and vacated.

Whitaker barely outpoint JCC? Sweet Pea would never struggle against Jose Luis Castillo, and Floyd past in his 30s never fought anyone who was a heir to his throne for the pound for pound supremacy like Whitaker did when he fought Dela Hoya, whom many thought would walk through him.

Not sure about Paul Williams, but the punisher who was able to slip Winky Wright's defense might give Floyd serious problems, Williams is all wrong for anyone like Mayweather, Cotto and Mosley, thats why none of them fought him.
