How would Mayweather's hands hold up against Pacquiao's chin?

Pac will always give Mayweather problems because he doesn't fight like a textbook fighter. Mayweather is a great boxer because most fighters fight out of the book with not much variation. The thing about Pacquiao is he is anything besides a textbook fighter.

Manny shoots from all and any angles, comes forward with serious head movement and pulls the trigger at all times.

Not to mention, Manny's feet can move to keep up with Floyd.

Pac and Alvarez are the only two fighters that I believe are capable of landing anything substantial against Mayweather.

The only two guys in the division who have the speed, power and combination punching capable of putting Floyd on the canvas.

I don't see any other intriguing opponents for Mayweather.

Martinez was on the short list, but based on his last fight, he's far too hobbled showing signs of age and injury.

GGG is also on the short list in the unlikely event he moves down to 154.

After watching last nights performance against Guerrero, I didn't see anything that would lead me to believe Floyd beats Pacquiao.

Floyd was backing up but still landing first cuz Ghost has slow footspeed and bad head work but after they got in close Ghost was working that body

Now imagine fighting Pac who has great head movement and footspeed and has more power and speed than you

Floyd doesn't go 6 rounds with Pacquiao

Judging by how easily Mayweather's hands break, I think Mayweather's hands would break before he even started to hurt or break down Pacquiao.

If they fought, Mayweather would have to constantly land every single round just to keep Pacquiao off of him and slow down his offense.

The more Pacquiao gets hit, the more likely Mayweather's hands will break, and Floyd does not have 1 punch KO power.


***Edit:Last night, around the 9th round, when Mayweather had taken control of the entire fight I was wondering why Floyd slowed down and was backing off when he could have easily finished him off just by continuuing what he was doing, until I learned in the post fight interview that he broke his hand, and that's when it made sense.

The same thing also happened against Mosley.

He cannot do that against Pacquiao. If you slow down against Pacquiao, he will destroy you.

The only thing Pacquiao needs to get you out of there, is one window of opportunity, and when he gets that window, he's going to barge in with everything he's got.
