Mannys been on the decline for a while now. Hes been fading late in fights going back to Mosley. The cramps slowly ended his career. He couldnt stop a midget Bradley on two bad wheels looking to engage him. In fact he barely threw a punch after the 8th round.

So basically Mayweather would land on Pacquiao so frequently that he'd end up hurting his hands. Lol, the punches would discourage Pacquiao before the pain in Mayweather's hand became a problem.

Barring a complete physical decline, Pac still gives Floyd fits.
