This, just like everything else Khan says, is a thinly veiled attempt to pat himself on the back.

The reason he is picking Peterson to win it is because he feels like he already beat Peterson.

This is basically Khan saying "I've already beaten the best guy in the tourney"

Since Garcia knocked him out, and Lucas would as well, Amir is going to pretend like they aren't as good as Peterson because that is how sad and pathetic he is.

Matthyse is the dangerman opponent of the tournament IMO. But if Khan admits Matthyse is better than Peterson who beat him where does that put Khan in the pecking order? The Khan spin is that Garcia got lucky which is a complete joke and that Peterson had the fight rigged with judges and PEDs. That way in Khan's delusionary dream world he is the genuine top dog so he is arranging the the story to support that illusion.

Peterson is no job, people focus on the PED Controversy but Peterson is a tough dude, not afraid to **** inside despite not having great Power and he can out-work you, the longer the fight goes the stronger he gets. But Khan is full of ****, he is hoping for that because Peterson don't have the Power like Matthysse and Garcia HAHAHA

He couldn't manage to spectacularly KTFO either of Judah or Devon as he apparently would against any fighter in the history of boxing according to this forum so who's to say he'll run over Lamont who may well be his toughest opponent to date?

Either way we shall soon find out. It doesn't matter if Khan or anyone else is sleeping on Matthysse. The only one that matters right now is Lamont Peterson. And you can bet your house on him not sleeping on Lucas.

If anything the one that is being slept on is Peterson. Apprently Matthysse is going to easily KTFO both of Lamont and Garcia so if anyone is being slept on it's Lamont.
