I remember that version of Wlad, he was actually entertaining to watch. Why doesn't he throw that jab like he used to? It seems to me that it just sits out there to measure the reach of his opponent nowadays. Back then it was vicious as all hell and he followed up with the missile right hand much more frequently.
Is Wlad Klitschko on a tall, undefeated Fighter crusade?

Dude. Seriously, you need to learn a bit more about Manny Steward. The man ALWAYS bigs up the fighters he's actively training at the expense of guys he used to train. It's like clockwork and frankly embarrassing to watch especially when you see him saying some scrub he's training is better than Tommy Hearns.E. Steward:
“Wlad has the best footwork, co-ordination and balance of any fighter I have ever worked with. He’s the most accurate, single-punch knockout guy I have seen.
“A guy can be completely fine, not hurt, and Wladimir can put his lights out with one shot.
“He is the most powerful natural talent I have worked with. In terms of jab, Wladimir is the best and after him I would put Lennox.
“Lewis was a more versatile fighter but in terms of boxing arsenal, Wladimir is better.”
There you go. Please don't come up with Steward Wlad's trainer bla bla...
It's 50:50 fight.
You can’t tell what would happen because Wladimir has such unbelievable one-punch punching power, unlike anybody I have ever trained. With most fighters you have to get someone hurt a little bit, stagger them, knock them down, and then they finish them. Wladimir could fight, and I saw him do that so much in the gym, even with 20 ounce gloves. Just out of nowhere where nobody has even been hurt, and just the lights go out and guys go to sleep. Just like Eddy Chambers with one grazing punch, Ray Austin, I mean he’s the most devastating one-punch fighter I’ve ever worked with, and you don’t even see his punches. So at no time are you safe with Wladimir. He may be boring sometimes, but anytime with ten, fifteen, five seconds left sometimes—he can knock someone out.
But sometimes he gets so comfortable controlling a fight with just his jab, and it ends up almost like a game. He just settles down and gets in a comfort zone, and it’s hard to get him out of that. Whereas Lennox is a little bit more explosive, he’s maybe not as super talented as Wladimir is, but he would do a variety of things. Sometimes that just meant going out and being really physical, and just losing all of your boxing talent and just go out there and just brawl and tear a guy up, and Lennox knew how to do it. So it would have been, to me having worked with both of them, a very interesting fight. I couldn’t even say exactly who would win. I can tell you the strong points of both fighters and that would be it.
We’d have to sit down and see what would happen, though. Lennox could come out, and being almost as big as Wladimir, could make it a very physical fight. Then Wladimir has a little bit better footwork with his in and out rhythm, and he has that unbelievable short and accurate one-punch punching power that could have gotten Lennox or anybody in trouble, at any point in the fight. It’s one of those fights that I as a fan would love to see myself.
Steward on Lennox's legacy... If you say he praised Wlad (on Lennox's credit) while talked about Lennox's legacy you know nothing about Steward and you're just trolling...
It's all about would Lennox be able to come inside without being tagged. Wlad is a faster fighter, controls the range better and he has more than enough power to KO Lennox. On the other hand if Lennox comes inside he would screw up Wlad... He has far better inside game.

1) WTF does it matter if this version of Wlad could have beaten that version of Sanders? The only thing we KNOW is that Wlad got KTFO against Sanders. and that's all that matters.
2) Omg. I don't even know where to begin answering to that ******ity. You base that on what exactly? Beating Pinata? Haha. You're delusional my friend. The difference between Wlad and every other heavvyweight great in history is that they fought top notch competition and beat them comprehensively. This goes all the way back to Johnson, Holmes, Louis, Bear, Schmeling, Braddock, Patterson, Liston, Dempsey, Tunney, Ali, Foreman etc.
Don't get it twisted, the two best fighters Wlad ever fought, Haye & Ibragimov, ended in UD where he stunk the place out for being too passive.
The fact that you would even claim such a thing just varifies one of two things even more. Either you are completely trolling or you don't know **** about boxing. I'm leaning towards the second.
Dude I didn't reply because doesn't make sense. I'm not even a big Floyd fan for starters, but the guy is an eight time world champion in five different weight classes. He's fought as a world champion for almost 17 years and has beaten every single fighter they put in front of him comprehensively (except for two) which he still won.
Sorry, but I don't see the comparison between the richest fight in boxing history and Wlad-Pianta.
Wlad is a long-time world champion and will of course go down as a legend, no question. But there's heavyweights and then there's all other divisions. The two are almost two different sports.
Doesn't make sense? What does Floyd's credentials have to do with anything? Bro.... Don't be ******....
The comparison is, THAT WAS A CHIT FIGHT AND "CHERRY PICK", yet EVERYONE and their momma filled that arena, just like you said about Wlad-Pianeta!!!!!
So the fact that it was "the richest fight in boxing history" makes it okay. Further proof of the double standard, because that' shows fans will fill up an arena to a Floyd fight no matter who they put in front of him!
And wtf does your last sentence even mean?Comment

Wladimir is the smarter boxer of the two...Wlad loses 10 times out of 10 to Lennox, its a stylistic nightmare.
Wlad would have:
-No height advantage
-No weight advantage
-No speed advantage
-And would be at a Reach Disadvantage
On top of that, Lennox is probably the only fighter in history who can uppercut cleanly through clinches, so grabbing him would be suicidal. Seriously, Wlad would have to totally change his character to even have a shot at beating Lennox. He would need to abandon that whole robotic style and take wild shots like Mccall did.
Wlad admits himself he is not very good at 'fighting' like big bro. He wont survive 2 mins of Lennox's dirty inside game and will end up on the floor like Michael Grant.
He would make Lennox his *****, Lennox said "bring on his brother" yeah well what happened to that?
Retirement party, he's a quitter just like your idol Joe Calslappy!Comment

Let me get this straight. You are basically saying Pinata and ODLH had the same credentials when fighting Wlad/Floyd?Doesn't make sense? What does Floyd's credentials have to do with anything? Bro.... Don't be ******....
The comparison is, THAT WAS A CHIT FIGHT AND "CHERRY PICK", yet EVERYONE and their momma filled that arena, just like you said about Wlad-Pianeta!!!!!

I'll let everyone else make their minds up with regards to who is an idiot out of the two of us.Comment

Rewatch the video posted above. Steward on Wlad way before he became his trainer...Dude. Seriously, you need to learn a bit more about Manny Steward. the size and records of these guys is incidental
neither of the wins is against an elite guy
but Wlad does what he does and no matter the guys' size, Wlad wins
can't see anybody beating Wlad en route to his retirementComment

In other words you're claiming fight night hyperbole actually means something. Okie doke now go watch the hundreds of other videos where the color commentators (including Steward) say dumb **** during a fight :jerk0ff9:
