GOLDEN BOY PROMOTIONS the worst?

Golden Boy Promotions hasn't presented us with a good fight yet. They sign Barrera, he gets DESTROYED by Pacquiao. The last 2 Barrera fights Golden Boy put together were one-sided Barrera beatings over Fana (!?!?!?!?) and Peden. Mosley has fought 2 bums and looked average in both fights. Kassim Ouma signs with Golden Boy and loses to Roman Karmazin. Hopkins just lost twice to Taylor, after beating the very normal Howard Eastman on a Golden Boy card. Show me where Golden Boy has had ANY success thus far.

So Barerra vs. Pac was a bad fight for the fans? Sure it hurt if you were Golden Boy because their boy got beat but give them credit for sticking Barerra in there with PAC-it was a great fight.

I got news for a lot of you folks....Golden Boy is the future of boxing-they are in the process of taking over (King/Arum arent going to be around forever). They have been around a very short time and have a load of big name fighters which is only going to increase.

Ask Lou Dibella if he would switch companies right now...and he has been around a couple years longer too and has 1/10 of the talent in his stable that Oscar has in his.

Fuego cmon...on paper Hopkins v. Taylor was the biggest fight in the middleweight division-or did you have a better matchup in mind at the time?

This should be no big revelation or surpise to anyone GBP is the future of boxing-time will prove this.

Are these the only fighters that are in the GBP stable? Do you know some of the names of the prospects?

Just the few names you mentioned is pretty impressive considering they have been around for such a short time...but trust me I dont expect you to understand this fact.

For a company still in its infacny they have to be given a ton of credit, I dont think you realize what the GBP stable will look like in ten years...and if you did you certainly wouldnt be posting.

The most reputable promoter in this business is no doubt Shelly Finkel.

Give Hoya a few more years and he'll turn into a Mexican version of Don King.

DLH is the best promoter, not worst. He stuck it to Arum, now Arum refuses to make any fight deals with DLH.

It would be wise for promoters to have good solid prospects correct? GBP has good solid prospects correct? Is this wise or should they only go after undisputed champions?

You make the promotional game sound so simple-you are an impressive man and that just cant be debated. (if someone tries to debate it bring them to me and I will ****ing end them)

What current promoter does things the right way?
