Will Wladimir get old before 40?

Well, your friend will have forgotten that Calvin Brock was hammered for a while from round 4-7 and Wlad dropped him with a 1-2 and not a single right hand.
But then again, this guy claimed Maligaggi and Judah would beat Amir khan and Ruiz would beat David Haye.
You'll learn that Hitman932 is the most laughed at poster on this forum. The stuff he says is so funny it's almost untrue.Comment

He never knocked anyone out with a single punch? Then what happened to Eddie Chambers? Narcolepsy?Comment

First off, my point is that it Wlad is not a one-punch KO artist. Chambers got KOd in the 12th in the last second of the fight after having been hammered for 12 rounds. And just seconds before the KO you'll see Wlad leaning on him and chambers could hardly stand up. Then he finds a massive hook to put him to sleep. Wlad is more of a boxer, than a puncher and I feel it would be a discredit to his skills.
Once again, I'm not saying he doesn't have the power to KO someone with either hand, but he's not a one punch KO artist when he doesn't KO people in the first couple of rounds ala Foreman/Tyson/Liston.Comment

He was never a decent poster. He's pretty much on everybody's ignore list.
To the point, explain how you can be a one punch KO artist when you don't KO your opponent before the late rounds? Then they will have felt a whole lot of those one punches. It's not a criticism of Wlad, I just think its an inaccurate observation.Comment

Wladimir will rule the division until he retires, and it will probably be until he's 40 or so.
He hasn't declined one bit, and the Pianeta fight will probably not show much, as Wlad is expected to win very easily.
A fight later this year with Povetkin should be more of an indicator whether Wlad is still firing on all cylinders.Comment
