Right now ,it is Garcia in a loaded division.
He has to be #1 as of today.
He KTFO'd Khan.
He beat a very good Super Zab.
He beat and KTFO'd Morales.

In terms of results Garcia is number one.

But any of the above can beat can beat anyone on the night (possibly Zudah being the weakest).

Garcia has the biggest heart & best left hook.
Peterson best all round.
Khan best boxer & fastest (till he gets hit)
Mathysse biggest puncher & probably best chin.

Judah could have been better than them all with a different mindset.

In that order. But Danny is until proven otherwise, I can easily see them being interchangeable. Judah and Khan don't belong in the discussion. Add Rios and Alvarado then we're talking heavy stuff.

I say Peterson because hes been and fought the better computition in the 140lb division for a number of years. Matthysse at times can look ordinary against the best in the division. Hes blasted through all the lesser fighters.

Peterson is a cheat and even with the shady two point deductions he still lost to Khan. The guy should be tested in every fight remaining is his career.

Garcia is the best followed by Lucas. These two have to fight to determine the best at 140.
