Regardless, I completely agree that Wlad dominated the fight. Especially after the 6th round. Rounds 1-6 were very very close imo. If you go back and watch it, David was lightening quick, and landed a few jabs and a big right in the 3rd. Wlad landed a good punch in the 5th if i'm not mistaken and then Haye started to slow.

Nevertheless, I would just like to see a rematch.
I watched the fight at least 3-4 times.

Haye was lighting quick indeed. I actually don't recall any HW being THAT quick (maybe RJJ). But I think his plan was all wrong (might be Booth's mistake as well).

He didn't come to box, he came to KO Wlad. That's very unlikely to happen with today's Wlad. Big right in 6th round shut David down and it was pretty one sided after that with occasional wide swings by Haye. Up to that point it was somehow competitive.

LOL @ Simurgh putting the blame for Wlad's holding on Steward, blame the dead guy. Lewis didn't hold a quarter as much as Wlad. Wlad's whole style is based around holding, use his height and reach advantage to poke the smaller HW's and hug like a beatch if they are in range to land anything back. People actually believe that this crap he does is great skill.

Surely you've seen the gif with Haye with his hands completely by his side and Wlad afraid to throw anything other than soft jabs. He's a grade A *****.

Wladimir boxed how he always does. Why would he get into a war when he could cruise to a wide UD or late KO?

That's what i find hilarious. It's OK for Wlad to fight like a pu55y because he always does.

I don't blame noone as there is nothing to be blamed for. Your prob if you are delusional with your 'wlad cheats' claims.

He still gets the KOs, though, doesn't he?

We all love a war, sure; but you also have to admire technique and discipline.

It's not my fault you don't know the rules of the sport you claim to follow. It's indisputable that holding to gain a tactical advantage is illegal. Because not many complain about it doesn't mean it isn't. True fans of boxing know that pu55ies like the guy you support are ruining the sport, inside fighting has basically disappeared because of cowards like him.

Sure, but didn't he promise to give Haye a pizza face and KO him in the 12th?

Not exactly what happened. Haye claimed he would KO Wlad and send him to the hospital. Not exactly what happened either.

Basically, both fighters didn't do anything meaningful in the fight. Wlad just landed more meaningless jabs than Haye and it won him the fight.
