      I expected Charr to be a fair bit bigger than Haye, but it's marginal.

                    Those are legit regional WBC belts (International Silver, Mediterranean, Baltic, don't know the other one)

                    He makes it his objective to collect them all in order to pursue a rematch with Vitali

                    That's why Haye wants to fight Charr, take the belts, raise his WBC ranking
