Well, if I'm Garcia/Peterson/Lucas, I'd prefer to fight Kahn as a main fight. He's worth more money and is an easier fight.

    Judah/Garcia - A war

    Lucas/Peterson - Going to be a war

Garcia/ Peterson or Lucas - Going to be another war

All these back to backs don't make for a long and prosperous career. If you throw in Broner to fight the winner of Garcia and Peterson/Lucas...I only assume its going to be another war.

At least fighting Kahn is an easy target, earn some good money and then go after Broner, once he's done fighting washed up midgets or just washed up folks. I mean whoever fights Kahn can dance a bit, get a good workout, then turn up the heat, land a left hook and go home with a million+

What type of tournament is designed to have Khan as the ultimate guy to beat? Two of the guys already in that tournament beat Khan. How beating 2 lightweights makes you the guy to beat? If they want a real tournament, Khan should rematch both guys, beat them and then he should faced Mathysse. Mathysse, after beating Peterson and Garcia, can rematch Judah and take an easy fight to set up things. But having Khan taking the easier route, it is ******.

Fighters blame their promoters saying they fight who their promoters say so goldenboy should say no khan you can't move up your fighting in this tournament. We were all looking forward to it, but i guess it won't happen.... figures from goldenboy the queens of protecting their joke fighters

Far too many options at Golden Boy to be seeing any of the fighters I mentioned against soft touches. I don't care for Khan at the moment, the man is done in my opinion.
If Garcia doesn't fight the Matthysse/Peterson winner then anyone else is inexcusable. Hell, even if Matthysse loses Garcia is suppose to face him regardless cause that's his mando.

And I'm with Russian. I'm almost certain Garcia won't face neither Matthysse or PEDerson next.

You guys are putting too much thought into this Khan situation. Just think of him as the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Not like he's gonna beat any of those guys.

I think Oscar will give the fans that 140 superfight
I think it will happen but with an interim fight in between for Garcia, which i think will be floyd

                    No, No.

We weren't all looking forward to it.

We were crying on this very forum about how Khan was supposedly the prize at the end. Apparently the rest were going to take chunks out of each other(forgetting the fact that Khan had already faced 3 out of the 4 remaining fighters ) whilst Khan was gonna sit on his arse till he got to face the winner.

Not many were just pleased that we were gonna see some great matchups at 140.

People were more interested in crying about Khan. On that basis i think it would be well deserved for the absolute twats that spent their time crying about Khan instead of just being happy at the great matchups we could have had if we don't get to see this tourny play out.

Obviously looking at it from a boxing fans point of view it's not good news. Was looking forward to seeing some great matchups involving most of the best at 140.

Exactly; he's just the reward for all the risk they took to fight eachother. An easy million dollar + payday.

So long as UK keeps supporting him, if I was anyone in 140, I'd ask to fight Kahn every fight. He's going to sleep if anyone lands a left or a right
