Who are the top 5 technical boxers of today?

When I say technical, I'm looking for the smoothness in punching, fantastic balance, and beautiful timing. Think long and hard, a lot of fighters have these qualities,just that some have it more so than others.

In my opinion( in order):

1.Guillermo "El Chacal" Rigondeaux
2.Miguel "Mikey" Garcia
3.Floyd "Money" Mayweather
4. Gennady "GGG" Golovkin
5. Peter "Kid Chocolate" Quillin.

Peter Quillin as a technical boxer...? Lost all credibility there. Marquez not on that list is insane.

I wouldn't put him on my top5, but he's VERY technically sound. Much more so than Quillin.

Ward, Vlad, Mayweather, Bhop, and Rigo.
Mickey Garcia is definitely interchangeable with the above. I would of put Marquez and Sergio, but they both get hit a tad to much than those above. Technical also is good defense.
