weights are all but academic now. both are tapering down their training and for robert he'll be focusing on weight cutting at night after a day of working drills and polishing up strategy. weight wont be an issue

But it was cool for May to weigh 10+ pounds on fight night over JMM. And he was two pounds overweight on the day they weighed in. And JMM was a lightweight that moved up two weightclasses to fight him. Lol... If May doesn't fight Canelo this Fall, then we will witness another quack quack from him. He should fight Manny, he can really get the huge percentage now. Lets see if May give the fans the real fight now. I'm betting he won't.

Most of you ladies are idiots. Robert weighed 152 pounds against Berto while most of today's 140 pounders weigh more than 155.

Looks like both guys will make weight with no issue and Ghost will probably outweigh May on fight night by about 5 pounds or so I bet. Keepin' it classy.

I got 10,000,000,000 on Floyd stopping Guerrero.

Why do so many people thing like this - do you not know how boxing works?. 153 is nothing. This draining thing is rubbish. At welterweight you could be 15lbs over and it wouldn't be a problem. Pacquiao used to weigh around 145 when he fought at 130 the day before the weigh in and it never hurt him. You just dehydrate which is fine if you know what you're doing and how to rehydrate properly. 153 is easy - I've lost 6lbs for amateur weigh ins with a 9 hour gap between weighing and fighting and was fine.

Nonsense, to lose weight you must cut calories. 3500 calories in one pound of fat.

Yeah but a boxer can lose 15lbs and sometimes more in a day in water with no problem if they know what they're doing.

People like to claim that Berto is quicker than Floyd but that's like comparing NCAA Football to the NFL.
                      Ortiz did.
