By the way, I do favor Lucas H2H against Garcia.

Yeah, I was thinking of Golovkin-Macklin. Another fight I'm happy about.

This is a good for path Danny. It's obvious that his father/Al Haymon has planned this path out. His dad is a lot smarter than he seems. Should Danny beat the winner of Peterson/Mathyesse He then could move up to 147 and face a Devon Alexander or the gate keeper Andre Berto, maybe even Guerrero depending on how well he does and that WILL automatically get him a Mayweather shot..unless Khan and GBP offer him 2m+ which is unlikely but possible considering the attendance Saturday..

S**T, he'll go down south and make satan look like a b*tch, come back, and than beat Garcia, Lamont, and Floyd in one night....because he's an unstoppable f**king beast. Nevermind that his last couple wins have been over Soto, Ajose, and Dallas, and his two best fighters he's faced, Alexander and Judah, he didn't steam roll them by any means. He deserved the Devon fight but he didn't kill him, and he arguably and officially lost to Zab Judah. But Danny Garcia beats him handily, stops Khan while Khan is still one of the top couple guys at 140, and is supposedly exposed last saturday. Got to love the logic on here.
Cause we all know PEDerson fights exactly like Judah and Alexander. So how's YOUR logic any better?

Golovkin VS Macklin sounds great. Martinez will be out of action for a while.. Quillin vs Golovkin is great too!

I'm not talking about styles in that regard, but the logic is that Garcia was supposedly exposed against Judah, though he controlled 3/4 the fight. And Lucas lost officially and arguably to him, and is an underrated beast.

Styles wise though, Lucas will beat Danny, if he beats Peterson.

Huh? Judah was supposed to expose Garcia? ONE poster was the only one preaching that nonsense and I repeat it was only ONE poster. He goes by the name of mathed. No one here was talking that nonsense that Judah was gonna expose Garcia.

And who almost lost the fight? Exactly.....if Judah had opened up earlier, we may have seen it. You guys were saying Judah was getting KTFO by round 3....didn't happen that way now did it?

Lucas-Judah happens, Lucas arguably and officially loses. The fans reaction here, Lucas is an underrated beast.

Garcia-Judah happens, Garcia wins 8 rounds to 4 and hurts him throughout the entire fight. And Garcia was exposed even in some posters' minds???

People need to keep it real. If anything, I liked how Garcia looked. He showed a variety of offensive attack, and showed he's got more than just a left hook. He's got a right to the head or body, great timing, solid power. He just doesn't look too great backing up and I feel against Lucas he'd be the one backing up.

I don't know how people can be so sure, Matthysse has not faced a physically strong Jr WW, especially one who can punch and counter like Garcia. On top of that Garcia has proven over and over that he has the durability and mental fortitude to hang. You could be right though, you could, but I'm gonna have to see how he handles Peterson's strength before I make judgement, even though Garcia and Peterson don't fight anything alike.
