Going to be downhill for Martinez career which is unfortunate but lets be honest, he is almost 40 and is NOW having a lot of injuries, that is not good...takes longer to heal at that age

I always thought the Knee injury would really effect his style and as seen against Murray it did...not taking anything away from Murray I think he and his team did their film studying and came up with a PHENOMENAL GAMEPLAN!

Gotta hand it to RJJ Jr for his "Martinez needs to be careful of hitting Murray's elbows during those body punches" comment. Love when he makes a comment and the fighters immediately enact what he was talking about.

I was really disappointed with Martinez's performance. The fact that he broke his hand in the early rounds explains why he couldn't pull the trigger with his power hand, and he relied so heavily on the jab. Hope this combined with his age, isn't the end of his reign.
