Would he have survived the round if he was still with roach? Would he have gone straight back into a tear up? I saw khan get stunned and then tie a dude up, get his legs back and then run combos of his head. Would khan of 2010/11 have done this? So in a way this was also a good fight for khan, he got to use the survival skills people are always complaing he doesnt have. All khan needs to do now is work extra on that D and work on avoiding some shots like the left hook and iverhand right and he would be back to the top.

Some side notes, khans ring generalship has improved and his recouperation abilities are GOAT.

problem is hes just the same exact fighter. no improvement at all. he fights panicky and off of instinct and natural athletic ability. cant fight on the inside, cant pick his shots, cant truly makes a guy miss and counter...and hasnt improved on those things.

he just flurries w an abundance of hand and foot speed. he's a great talent w a tragic flaw but thats what makes him fun 2 watch.

I was impressed with how Khan responded to getting knocked down in round 4.

But, in round 11 when he was hurt bad he seemed to go back to his old ways of looking for a tear up at times and was fortunate to get away from it.
