Yeah lets all throw Freddie under the bus!

When Khan was winning Freddie = the G.O.A.T

The moment he losses Freddie is the worst trainer ever and ruined Khan!

Khan has always had those flaws, not Freddie's doing at all & in all honesty I feel Khan looked better under Freddie Roach than he has thus far with Hunter.

Khans fought 4 guys his size, lost 3 and went life and death tonight. He only looks good against slow plodders & defensive midgets.

Kotelnik,Judah,Maidana,Malignaggi and a close decision loss to Peterson is nothing to sneeze at.

How many other Jr Welters had that good of a resume? Khan went from sugar to shit fast.

He just has no defensive intelligence at all, no understanding of what's coming from the opponent, and if he's standing there when it's thrown then he's going to get hit. On all out attack or on his bike, that's all there is to Amir Khan.

Perfect assessment of khans defensive prowess. Ill give khan credit for taking a beating tonight and not quitting. But he should hang em up, the dude might get brain damage, he gets badly Hurt EVERY fight.

I actually agree, Khan looked better with Roach. I think that Hunter trying to forcibly change some things about Khan may ultimately do more harm than good, even if he does improve some things.

He kept better composure tonight, but was he as dangerous himself? Khan's main problems have always been bad defense and an even worse reaction to getting popped. His leaky defense leaves an opening for the opponent to push a button that turns him into a (bigger) ******.

It may well be that simply listening to Roach and taking his advice would have been better. After all, after being KD'd Roach never told him to go out there and exchange, he told him to tie up. I think Khan's defense is still terrible but now he doesn't have the same offense.

In other words, Virgil may inadvertently be diluting some of Khan's actual strengths while trying to fix things that can't actually be fixed. His defense is still ****, even if he reacts slightly better. How do you help a fighter at this stage in his career re-learn the game?

Couldn't care less about Kotelnik and Judah being added to anyone's resume at '40 now; Judah in his first run at '40, definitely.

Bradley and Alexander were top 2 at '40 and they just happened to fight each other while Khan kept getting spoon-fed. Again, if you actually though Khan was legit, I can't help you with that. Then again, you thought Donaire was when I tried telling you and a host of others he wasn't.

Look at the names listed above... You can only avoid the best in the division for so long. I guess that's why it happened so fast.
