Pac never agreed to a no cut off random drug test, in the first round. He didn't ever do it when the contract was in front of him, after floyd met his demands. I honestly thing Floyd wanted the fight and Manny ducked the initial time they set it up. After that Floyd's ego basically made him say no and price himself out of a fight. So the blames on both lets be honest. Though the point is true, when on paper and in front of him Manny not once agreed to the tests. His camp also accused JMM and when he called his bluff mannys camp said oh nevermind were kidding. Blame is on both for fight not getting made, though Manny refusing the testing even when he called it out, is suspect at best.

I think Manny road in just on the cusp of mandatory testing becoming a popular thing - ie right now its still mostly just being discussed. Besides a handful of no-life muppets, very few people question the validity of ATGs due to steroid use.

If Manny was to be in his prime in the next 5-10 years and avoided (or neglected) testing the same way he has, his legacy would be questioned.

It's okay, random drug testing is becoming more common. Keep fighting the fight, though... at least we know who isn't for improving the legitimacy of the sport.
So that's the reason why Pac is selected out of a crowd of guys who are not doing random testing??? That's called bias. Only someone who is biased would name Pac and fail to mention all the other titlists who don't follow the protocol. That's what this whole discussion is about.....fairness in criticism. The entire Boxing world needs to be pressured for testing, not just Pac and criticism should be evenly spread. I'll bet one of your favorite Boxers doesn't do random testing and I bet you don't criticize them like Pac when it comes to testing.

You Twit, that's why Pac agreed to the testing. Keep living in denial. Everyone knows Pac accepted testing. Why the hell do you think Mayweather called him to negotiate late last year??????....because Pac accepted FULL testing. Even Mayweather fans know that. Now go Child. Leave.

No because stains will be gone with time.

Whatever part that both Floyd and Manny had in their fight not happening will matter less to the fans in a few years, including this whole drug testing fiasco. That's just how it is.

Yeah to the point he agreed to all of his demands yet couldn't get pac to agree to one single stipulation he wanted to be implemented... the lengths stans will go to.
