Pac agreed on the testing, after agreeing, Floyd then wanted 100% ppv sells and next he wanted Pac to fight one arm tied behind his back. What's next?

Even if it was just posturing I think he could have really struck a blow to Floyd's testing demands if for any other fight he had testing done. In your opinion why do you think they never went this route?

No. What the majority of people will remember is Floyd never fought Pacquiao, its like when Rid**** Bowe blatantly ducked Lennox Lewis.

Lets not put all the blame on Floyd for this, Manny had his part in this thing not happening too.

Go to the thread where 99.99% of the current boxers legacies are discussed for not getting involved in random drug testing then. For now, can you answer why pac, still, has never done random drug testing for any of his bouts?
          he doesn't have to.

Floyd is a coward for ducking Pacquiao. That's all into it, plain and simple.

But he supposedly agreed [according to stans]. So why not do it anyway?

There's nothing worse than asking for tests then get tested positive not only once but thrice. It's sinister and embarrassing.

It doesn't matter. You think anyone [outside of stans] really believes Mayweather ducked the guy that was knocked out by Marquez? Especially considering pac's refusal to agree to random drug testing in the first place.

Choosing Bowe-Lewis is a terrible comparison.

KTFO6 has had a noticeable impact on Manny's legacy. Moreso than running away from drug testing ever did imo.
